As an Executive Assistant at Customer Service Realty, Angelica’s responsibilities are quite numerous. Assisting in all aspects of the business ranging from real estate files to marketing materials to excellent customer service, Angelica is a tremendous asset.

Her organizational skills, computer abilities and positive attitude help make whatever task she is involved with run smoothly. In her position, Angelica has the opportunity to assist all of our clients as well as the agents in all areas of a real estate or loan transaction.

A native of San Jose, Angelica has a very good knowledge of the area and strong ties to the community. Working at Customer Service Realty is allowing her to utilize all her skills while gaining valuable exposure and experience in the real estate industry.

Creating a real estate and loan company dedicated to making the home buying or selling process an efficient and friendly experience for all of our clients was the driving force behind the opening of Customer Service Realty. As one of the company’s founders, Brian Bonafede is strongly committed to this ideal. As the Chief Financial Officer, Brian plays an important role in driving the company strategy as well as implementing the programs and processes to ensure success. With a degree in Marketing and Economics from San Jose State University as well as a background in various industries including finance, electronics, software, construction and project management, Brian brings invaluable experience and a proven track record of success to his position at Customer Service Realty.

Additionally, as a lifetime resident of San Jose, Brian is passionate about working to improve our community. Under his leadership, Customer Service Realty has been involved in numerous community and charitable events ranging from our annual golf tournament benefiting the Autism Tree Project Foundation, to our involvement with the Marine Corps League. Along with his wife and three children, Brian Bonafede will remain an integral member of the community for years to come.

A belief in the principles of teamwork, excellent customer service and integrity initially drew Carol Hawley to Customer Service Realty where she has been an integral part of the team since the company's inception.

As the company Controller, Carol is responsible for handling payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, as well as a myriad of other tasks. However, Carol's years of experience in real estate and finance also put her in a unique position. Because she has a working knowledge of the entire real estate and loan process, Carol is available to assist our clients and agents as well. Her knowledge of the real estate industry is very helpful and Carol thrives on wearing "many hats".

As a long time resident of San Jose, Carol and her husband Don have been active in the community for a number of years.

Originally from Illinois, I have been a resident of the bay area since 1983. I have handled thousands of real estate and loan transactions accumulating in 23 years of experience. Previously, I founded Horizon Home Loans and Horizon Properties and owned these companies for 15 years. I've worked with clients in handling millions of dollars worth of properties and loans and use this experience every day in our transactions with Customer Service Realty. I gain much personal satisfaction these days in teaching new agents and seeing them succeed. Customer Service Realty has a team approach to the realty business. With the involvement of the other two partners in all the transactions, we are able to make sure every transaction run smoothly for our agents. We are committed to satisfying the needs of our clients from finding the home of their dreams to maximizing profit on the sale of their home.

In his position of Vice President, John Barney is responsible for the day to day operations of the loan division; Client First Home Loans. In this capacity, John oversees the entire loan process from the origination to the close. With nearly 20 years experience in the loan industry, he is an invaluable member of the team and takes great pride in helping the loan agents with the pricing or structuring of the loan files. Before joining Customer Service Realty, John spent several years running the largest branch of a Fortune 500 loan company. Thus, he brings with him a solid understanding of the entire loan process. This expertise, along with his commitment to superior customer service, enables John to assist our agents and clients alike with the entire loan process.

A graduate of The University of California and a long time resident of San Jose, John has a very strong knowledge of this area and is very active in the community.

As the Marketing Manager and Realtor Liaison for Customer Service Realty, Sadije Alaj applies this principle to her day to day operations. Sadije’s extensive experience in the real estate industry allows her to provide all of our clients and agents with the knowledge and expertise needed throughout the entire buying or selling process. Priding herself on attention to detail and follow through, Sadije always focuses on what is important to the client and puts their interests first.

Originally from New York, Sadije, her husband and two children have resided in the Cambrian Park area of San Jose since 1992. As such, Sadije is very familiar with the needs of families and the services available to them in the area and is very involved with the community.

With a dedication to excellence and exceeding her clients expectations, Sadije is committed to helping people buy or sell their homes or guiding them through a refinance transaction. Remembering that your home is the most precious investment that one can make, she will always take the time to patiently guide our clients through their real estate and loan needs.

As vice president and Chief Operating Officer of Customer Service Realty, Steve Bonafede is responsible for the day to day operations of the real estate division. A native of the Santa Clara Valley and graduate of San Jose State University, Steve has deeply rooted ties to the community and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. With a long history of personal success in the real estate business, Steve brings a wealth of experience to the table. As one of the company’s founders, Steve believes that strong ethics, integrity and teamwork are Customer Service Realty’s core values.

Steve’s main responsibilities include the recruiting and training of highly skilled realtors. Using his past experiences and successes to assist all of our agents is something in which he takes great pride. Steve personifies the principles on which Customer Service Realty was founded: namely that a positive attitude and superior knowledge of the real estate industry allows all of us at Customer Service Realty to create a winning atmosphere that makes our clients very satisfied.

In her position as escrow coordinator, Tina Phu plays a crucial role in all real estate transactions at Customer Service Realty. Her ability to streamline the process and organize the real estate files makes for a very smooth transaction for the clients and agents alike. In support of the agents and the clients, Tina acts as a liaison between all the parties involved in the transaction. With strict adherence to the terms of the contract, she helps to insure that everything is done in a timely manner. Whether it is a report, an inspection, required disclosures or anything else pertaining to the transaction, Tina is responsible for handling them all. With over 2 and one half years experience at Customer Service Realty, our clients and agents can rest assured that the transaction will be handled very professionally.

A graduate from San Jose State University, Tina is a long time resident of San Jose and has very strong ties to the community.

As the CEO of the commercial real estate division of Customer Service Realty, Tony Odom oversees this entire department. He is responsible for all of the commercial real estate transactions including leases, sub leases, property development, design options and the buying or selling of commercial property and businesses. Tony has worked in this field for several years and brings with him a wealth of experience in commercial real estate and business brokerage. Whether it is general office space, retail space, medical, light industrial or mixed use properties, Tony can assist all clients with all types of properties. His extensive knowledge of building plans, drawings and permits also allows Tony to work with architects, general contractors and other service providers to assist his clients in obtaining exactly what it is they are looking for.

A graduate from Washington State University, Tony moved to the Bay Area in 1989. Along with his wife Laura and their 4 children, he now resides in San Jose. As a local resident, Tony has a very good understanding of the commercial real estate in this area and strives to leverage his experience in every transaction. He is a member of the California Association of Business Brokers.

With over eight years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industry, Jennifer Cabral joins Customer Service Realty and Client First Home Loans to head up our processing department. Her ability to leverage the new technologies available in this field along with her energetic and enthusiastic outlook will help make the processing department operate very efficiently.

As the Senior Loan Processor for Client First Home Loans, Jennifer Cabral is responsible for the entire loan processing department. Whether she is assisting our agents with their files or acting as a liaison for the various service providers, Jennifer is involved with every aspect of the loan process. Her expertise and skills are essential to the success of the loan division and her efforts make for a very effective loan experience.

A Graduate of The University of Arizona and a licensed real estate sales person as well, Jennifer brings with her a wealth of knowledge that is invaluable to both our agents and clients alike. Born and raised in San Jose, Jennifer also has very strong ties to the local community.
