As one of the company’s founders, Brian Bonafede is strongly committed to this ideal. As the Chief Financial Officer, Brian plays an important role in driving the company strategy as well as implementing the programs and processes to ensure success. With a degree in Marketing and Economics from San Jose State University as well as a background in various industries including finance, electronics, software, construction and project management, Brian brings invaluable experience and a proven track record of success to his position at Customer Service Realty.
Additionally, as a lifetime resident of San Jose, Brian is passionate about working to improve our community. Under his leadership, Customer Service Realty has been involved in numerous community and charitable events ranging from our annual golf tournament benefiting the Autism Tree Project Foundation, to our involvement with the Marine Corps League. Along with his wife and three children, Brian Bonafede will remain an integral member of the community for years to come.

As the company Controller, Carol is responsible for handling payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable, as well as a myriad of other tasks. However, Carol's years of experience in real estate and finance also put her in a unique position. Because she has a working knowledge of the entire real estate and loan process, Carol is available to assist our clients and agents as well. Her knowledge of the real estate industry is very helpful and Carol thrives on wearing "many hats".
As a long time resident of San Jose, Carol and her husband Don have been active in the community for a number of years.

Previously, I founded Horizon Home Loans and Horizon Properties and owned these companies for 15 years. I've worked with clients in handling millions of dollars worth of properties and loans and use this experience every day in our transactions with Customer Service Realty. I gain much personal satisfaction these days in teaching new agents and seeing them succeed. Customer Service Realty has a team approach to the realty business. With the involvement of the other two partners in all the transactions, we are able to make sure every transaction run smoothly for our agents. In this capacity, John oversees the entire loan process from the origination to the close. With nearly 20 years experience in the loan industry, he is an invaluable member of the team and takes great pride in helping the loan agents with the pricing or structuring of the loan files. Before joining Customer Service Realty, John spent several years running the largest branch of a Fortune 500 loan company. Thus, he brings with him a solid understanding of the entire loan process. This expertise, along with his commitment to superior customer service, enables John to assist our agents and clients alike with the entire loan process.
A graduate of The University of California and a long time resident of San Jose, John has a very strong knowledge of this area and is very active in the community.

Priding herself on attention to detail and follow through, Sadije always focuses on what is important to the client and puts their interests first.
Originally from New York, Sadije, her husband and two children have resided in the Cambrian Park area of San Jose since 1992. As such, Sadije is very familiar with the needs of families and the services available to them in the area and is very involved with the community.

A native of the Santa Clara Valley and graduate of San Jose State University, Steve has deeply rooted ties to the community and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market. With a long history of personal success in the real estate business, Steve brings a wealth of experience to the table. As one of the company’s founders, Steve believes that strong ethics, integrity and teamwork are Customer Service Realty’s core values.
Steve’s main responsibilities include the recruiting and training of highly skilled realtors. Using his past experiences and successes to assist all of our agents is something in which he takes great pride. Steve personifies the principles on which Customer Service Realty was founded: namely that a positive attitude and superior knowledge of the real estate industry allows all of us at Customer Service Realty to create a winning atmosphere that makes our clients very satisfied.

With over 2 and one half years experience at Customer Service Realty, our clients and agents can rest assured that the transaction will be handled very professionally.

He is responsible for all of the commercial real estate transactions including leases, sub leases, property development, design options and the buying or selling of commercial property and businesses. Tony has worked in this field for several years and brings with him a wealth of experience in commercial real estate and business brokerage. Whether it is general office space, retail space, medical, light industrial or mixed use properties, Tony can assist all clients with all types of properties. His extensive knowledge of building plans, drawings and permits also allows Tony to work with architects, general contractors and other service providers to assist his clients in obtaining exactly what it is they are looking for.
A graduate from Washington State University, Tony moved to the Bay Area in 1989. Along with his wife Laura and their 4 children, he now resides in San Jose. As a local resident, Tony has a very good understanding of the commercial real estate in this area and strives to leverage his experience in every transaction. He is a member of the California Association of Business Brokers.

As the Senior Loan Processor for Client First Home Loans, Jennifer Cabral is responsible for the entire loan processing department. Whether she is assisting our agents with their files or acting as a liaison for the various service providers, Jennifer is involved with every aspect of the loan process. Her expertise and skills are essential to the success of the loan division and her efforts make for a very effective loan experience.
