I own a building because of Ivy. Although I own multiple rental properties, I never dreamed I would own a building in Silicon Valley to run my company. The negotiations lasted for months. She was patient, negotiated with all the parties involved to make it happen and even compromised ON MY BEHALF. At any time in the transaction, she could have stepped out of the situation, as it wasn't very advantageous for her financially. By then, we had built a rapport and she stuck by me.
