In October of 2009, we purchased a single family home in Campbell with the excellent help of our realtor, Sott Raley. We went through about four months of placing offer after offer until we found our home in Campbell. Despite this being a long and at times frustrating process, Scott was consistently helpful, patient, optimistic, and encouraging to us. Scott always returned our phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner. Scott was willing to work around our scheduled to arrange meeting times and appointments at open houses regardless of what time of the day of the week worked best for us. Scott is also very knowledgeable about all things Real Estate and was able to answer our questions. An added bonus that we got with Scott was also his knowledge of home construction and remodeling. Many times we walked into a house that needed work, Scott was able to answer our questions regarding how much it would cost and what it would take to fix the place up including remodeling, buying appliances, hanging sheet rock, etc. We never, ever found ourselves sitting around thinking, "We wonder when Scott is going to get on the ball." Scott was always on top of things; calling us and directing us as to what the next step was, sending us listings of houses that were within our range and preferences calling realtors and asking the hard questions for us, e-mailing us forms and telling us where to sign and when they needed to be returned by. Scott is a very proactive realtor, Throughout our home buying process, we found Scott to be a person we could trust and rely upon, we always felt secure knowing we were in good hands with Scott. Scott is also affable, and a great people person. Throughout our time together we enjoyed many pleasant conversations and time spent with Scott, and even during the frustrating times he still had a smile on his face. We are very happy with our home and feel we found the right place for us. Our memory of house hunting and buying with Scott is a pleasant one.
