To Whom It May Concern: Recently I had the occasion to work as the buyer’s agent in a short sale transaction with. Andrew Kim, who was the listing agent. Please let this letter serve.as my sincere endorsement of the professional service that Andrew provided. One of the biggest and most frustrating hurdles in short sale negotiations is the length of time it can sometimes take to have a short sale approved by the mortgage holder. As a selling agent, you must completely rely on the listing agent to not only successfully negotiate behind the scenes, but also to communicate the results of those negotiations to you so that you can keep the buyer informed. Andrew excelled at both of these things, never once allowing a week to go by where I was not updated as to what was going on in the processing of the short sale, Andrew was always professional and accommodating. He kept the interests of his clients first, but always attempted fairness to all parties. In my 20 years as a full-time Realtor, there are a few agents who stand out because of the overall exceptional experience we enjoyed during the transaction, Andrew Kim will be one of those agents.
