Dear Robbie, It is with great pleasure that we write this letter to you. Thank you for all that you have done with the sale of our home in San Jose this past summer. Moving has been a long time goal of ours, but one that we have postponed due to the amount of time and stress it would demand. You proved us wrong! Because of your patience, compassion and genuine warmth, you made a seemingly “impossible” situation more than “doable” but actually very easy. Within two weeks, we were moved out, and the transformation of our home began. Because of the hard work of your team, our home was cleaned up, beautifully staged and on the market ten days later. Wow, what an accomplishment that was! The sales strategy that you presented to us in your first interview was successfully implemented producing an offer that exceeded the asking price at the first open house. This was particularly impressive because of the slow market environment that we faced at that time. The rest of the process went off without a hitch. Thank you for everything! We feel strongly that none of this would have been so easy if it wasn’t for you and all that you do. We highly recommend anyone who is considering puffing a home on the market to do so with you.
