Ivy is so different from everyone. She has a personal touch and has the uncommon ability to put you at ease. I personally felt comfortable not only because of her professional and genuine demeanor but mostly because I had the utmost confidence that she would give me 110% of her efforts. Ivy helped me refinance my main home as well as secure a new loan (with the lowest terms) for my out-of-area vacation home. I just feel so fortunate that I can rely on her, and that I have somebody I can call if I need to refinance again in the future.
