In my eyes, there is a halo that shines above Ivy's head! I was a first time buyer and was afraid that I'd be confused about the whole process of securing a loan and purchasing a house. However, she made a potentially scary situation into a very pleasing experience. She was ALWAYS available to answer my questions with professional knowledge and patience. Ivy not only helped me with my loan and buying the house, but she also arranged the refinancing and the eventual selling of it. I plan to buy a bigger home this year, and am eagerly looking forward to working with Ivy again. She is my "go to" person for all my real estate needs. (She also recommended a housecleaner, heater repair person, carpet cleaner, and plumber.) Without a doubt, I would recommend her services.
