Stuart Baeriswyl grew up in California. Stuart has been living in San Jose for the past 20 years since completing his enlistment in the United States Coast Guard. He graduated from San Jose State University with a degree in Meteorology and after words worked corporately for 10 years, as a Weather Router for the shipping industry.
In 2002, Stuart and his wife Geraldine Barry began to purchase real estate investment property in the Central Valley. Shortly after that, they founded the San Jose Real Estate Investors Association (SJREI). In 2005/06, with an eye towards the coming real estate market correction, Stuart and Geraldine sold all of their California investment holdings (including their personal residence) - moving their real estate to Texas while renting a home locally. Recently, Stuart has begun to re-enter the investment property market, having purchased several homes in the East Bay area for his family.
Stuart acquired his Real Estates Brokers license in 2008 and until recently had worked independently, helping investors and other clients purchase and sell a variety of residential property. He was recruited by CSR Real Estate Services at the start of 2011 and is enjoying the prospects of partnering with them in helping perspective home owners and sellers maximize their real estate goals. Stuart is still the Executive Director of the San Jose Real Estate Investors Association (SJREI), which now has 3 branches located throughout the Bay Area.
Stuart is a Christian, and along with his lovely wife Geraldine, have two wonderful children, Colin and Claire.
