As president and Chief Operating Officer of Customer Service Realty, Steve Bonafede is responsible for the day to day operations of the real estate division. A native of the Santa Clara Valley and graduate of San Jose State University, Steve has deeply rooted ties to the community and extensive knowledge of the local real estate market.
With a long history of personal success in the real estate business, Steve brings a wealth of experience to the table. As one of the company's founders, Steve believes that strong ethics, integrity and teamwork are Customer Service Realty's core values.

Steve's main responsibilities include the recruiting and training of highly skilled realtors. Using his past experiences and successes to assist all of our agents is something in which he takes great pride. Steve personifies the principles on which Customer Service Realty was founded: namely that a positive attitude and superior knowledge of the real estate industry allows all of us at Customer Service Realty to create a winning atmosphere that makes our clients very satisfied.
