A native of Santa Clara whos lived in the Bay Area all his life, James is uniquely positioned to assist his clients when they are looking to sell or buy a home,or refinance their existing mortgage. Simply put, he knows the area like the back of his hand and can easily offer advice on specifics of just about any geography.
James desire to assist friends and family stems from his own commitment to have a high quality of life – this is reflected in his past roles specializing in the fitness and nutrition areas where he was a small business owner of Vita Sport. Formerly a personal trainer, James easily fits the mold of a consultative real estate professional -- working hard for his clients and taking great satisfaction when he is able to help them realize their goals.
James’ sales experience in real estate ranges from small condos to multi-million dollar properties and more recently deeply involved in several short sales as well as REO transactions.
James attended Santa Clara High School and Foothill College and currently resides in downtown San Jose with his wife, Becky, and their three children.
