Creating a real estate and loan company dedicated to making the home buying or selling process an efficient and friendly experience for all of our clients was the driving force behind the opening of Customer Service Realty. As one of the company's founders, Brian Bonafede is strongly committed to this ideal. As the Chief Financial Officer, Brian plays an important role in driving the company strategy as well as implementing the programs and processes to ensure success. With a degree in Marketing and Economics from San Jose State University as well as a background in various industries including finance, electronics, software, construction and project management, Brian brings invaluable experience and a proven track record of success to his position at Customer Service Realty.

Additionally, as a lifetime resident of San Jose, Brian is passionate about working to improve our community. Under his leadership, Customer Service Realty has been involved in numerous community and charitable events ranging from our annual golf tournament benefiting the Autism Tree Project Foundation, to our involvement with the Marine Corps League. Along with his wife and three children, Brian Bonafede will remain an integral member of the community for years to come.
